RC 1.0 Full release will include a readme with new carcols data and likely a handling line.
I haven't had time to get that finished up as I've been extremely busy over the past few months, so I went ahead and released the files for the time being since they should be 100% done. While not ideal, they should work fine with the existing data lines.
