This is an awesome save editor, you can customize all cars, add godmode, give yourself money, change your skills, spawn every vehicle, change your player model, get max ammo, skip missions, change the stocks, get every property free. You can change anything that is inside your save file pretty much, once you start a new game, the changes are lost though, it's only for that particular singleplayer save file. If you encounter any errors, try making a new game. and be careful when editing your save file. Edit with caution!
This save editor was written in Microsoft Visual Basic 2010. It is my very first mod, i may make this mod open source in the near future if it is requested. Your antivirus might pick this up but it is only because it edits/changes some files(your safe file, and the offsets, etc) it doesn't change anything else other then your save file, nor does it do anything else. We hope you enjoy this mod! and have a good time using it 
To install it:
You first need to have the base game of GTA IV(I cannot determine whether it works with DLC's at the moment, it probably does, but i haven't tested)
Then you need the save file,
Then you open the save editor, choose your save file by pressing open, then edit the values in the textbox for money, health, armour, etc. |
