This tool allows you to generate textures for different platforms of GTA games, like the PlayStation 2 version of GTA San Andreas. It supports all known raster formats and prints out user friendly debugging messages, so that modders can learn more about how TXDs work.

We do support Windows XP SP3 and above. No VS runtime required anymore!

New in version 0.8:
- DXTn compression for PC and XBOX
- basic support for XBOX reading and writing
- bugfixes for GTAIII and GTA VC TXD creation (and parsing)

- improved debug output to console (now with RenderWare version)

gtafan2u, I just released Magic.TXD with a friend. Check it out because its like TxdGen with a GUI. It is much better than TxdGen.

Good tool, I am using it too!! But you should update it by adding the txd workshop 5.0 import options to txd builder.
