1. Paste the folder "data" in C: Program Files Rockstar Games GTA San Andreas or add constru.ipl in the file "data maps".
2. Open the file gta.dat (in C: Program Files Rockstar Games GTA San Andreas data) and adds the following line:
IPL DATA MAPS country countryW.IPL

This one:
IPL DATA MAPS constru.IPL

* Remember to back segridad of all those files that you'll change
** If you want to upload this mod to a page to leave intact the original file readme.txt
