Army vehicles pack MVL

This adds some edited current VC cars (from militry or not), uniquely edited.

Include:

Patriot with an open hole on the roof with a minigun sticking out of it, if doors are smashed you can see the poles where it stands, a clean body, big tires.

Mesa with shortened room, and from the back a minigun, this time VC minigun, just to make sure it won't be like s like my custom one, include huge tires.

Freeway with an extra seat, on the side. The seat is saddly texture-bugged, it uses the texture from the bike "interior", tried to fix it, but.., also the game acts like the seat doesn't exist, so the bike turns like normal and the seat goes through ground, still, it has a working decorative wheel.

Barracks, with the rear bumber closer to the truck's rear, the 2 extras (skeleton and a "cover roof") always spawn, together, add a roof above seats.

Bobcat with open trunk and a rocket on it, well, it looks like a rocket.



*All vehicles have a nice window crack!

Extrack any car you want, or all and head to "X:\Program files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\mvl\vehicles" and put the .7z files there, note, you don't need to extract any dff or txd, just put the .7z file in vehicles folder. PS. you need Maxo's Vehicle Loader
