(In Progress Stats)

This Stats is combination from dual and two handed, like:
-Dual wielding
with high -to- very higher fire rate(fast kill), but spread is better than standard version dat rockstar. specialist: Gangster

-Two Handed
with medium -to- High Fire Rate, Good accuracy(weapons benign)& more range, Reaction weapon which stable. specialist: General

Tips Malignant Weapons: P90, Micro Uzi and AK47, Crouch if you wanna get Full Accuracy & more rate Fire

(+)Prons:
It change all tree combat skills from Poor to- Hitman with Dynamic.
No more stupid Ai again. All Ai Characters in SA now Skilled!
Also Affect Groove Street that was using Dual Wielding
(that just what i see... )

(-)Cons: i dont see any bug from what i see, but because this stats affect chracters in SA, They also will be Pro this may cause game Harm. LoL
