To install-
 1-Copy paste the airport file into the \data\maps folder. Asks for replace click on yes.
2-Replace the lhbillbrd.txd file with the original one in gta3.img file present in the models folder.
If done all things right you can see and visit your garden in gate vs. present near the sunshine autos building.
This mod adds a plenty of flower plants and trees to make a garden. It also adds two advt. boards of
'vice city garden' in front of the garden.
