First of nothing, sorry for my bad english. I'm Mexican.
This mod convert the skin called 'Playa2' (commonly called "Claudio Slow" in the Loquendo spanish videos) in a pedestrian.

HOW TO INSTALL:
* Download the archive.
* Extract the archives.
* Open 'gta3.img' with IMGTool or another program.
* Search the files "const1.dff" and "const1.txd" and delete them.
* Add the archives previously extracted.
* Rebuild the archive.
* Open 'txd.img'.
* Find and delete/replace the file "const1.txd".

NOTE:
This mod replaces the white builder, so, "Claudio Slow" or 'Playa2' can be founded on the construction zone in Fort Staunton, the Cochrane Dam in Shoreside Vale, and in zones like Portland View, Portland Harbor and Trenton in Portland.
