1: open command prompt
2: type in cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas
3: then type in saat_sfx -i audio\SFX\GENRL C:\temp\saat\GENRL\sfx_import.ini audio\CONFIG\BanKLKup.dat
