When playing the game, sometimes you might see a police bike rides passing Grove Street while regular traffic doesn't. Or in the countryside/desert, you might sometimes see Police Rangers entering off-road paths.
Well, this script now removed all the forbidden areas for peds and traffic to spawn. So, now you may see drivers driving and peds walking in those paths.
