V3 is the final version for now so enjoy it is the best optimized so far and has a lot more effects than v2 so i would highly recommend it.

It comes with all the mods except for the textures and thats why its on mediafire

Grove enb v3 has been uploaded to gtagarage without the additional mods and is awaiting approval it exceeded the 10mb limit so now it has just enb and different versions of this enb with bloom and no motion blur
