1) Information:
Peaceful world is a modification for GTA 4 that makes makes Liberty City a happy/peaceful place.
All the peds (That includes gangs) likes or atleast respect eatchother. The cops like the gangsters and hooker and so on...
I have also made it so that NO peds can bare any sort of arms.
I have also done a weird thing that "unifies" everybody, I have made it so that all peds listen to pop ! Me myself don't enjoy pop but
I figured that it seemed the most normal and peaceful.

As you can see this is a version 1.0 so I'll do more later 

2) Compatibility:
GTA IV
Tested on 1.0.4.0

3) Installation:
Put all of the files in GTA IV Directory/common/data
Standard GTA IV Directory is (C/Program Files (x86)/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV
