A triple pack of textures that badly needed tweaking.

1. The cloud textures have been increased in size and blurred a bit to look less awkward
2. The star texture has been shrunk down, while the actual image has been made larger, so the stars don't look so huge
3. The original moon has been replaced with a less pixellated one

It's a simple file replacement that makes the game look surprisingly nicer but not "realistic" so as to compromise the classic San Andreas feel.
