Hi to install this mod you just need to replace one texture.

This mod replaces Phil Cassidy (Dealer) texture from GTA III with the real Phil Cassidy texture from GTA VC/GTA VCS. There are three textures to choose on this download, and the backup file too..

I've made this mod because the military guy you see on the mission "Arms Shortage" is Phil Cassidy from GTA VC, GTA VCS, and GTA LCS.
You can check that on GTAWIKIA.
I just have made this mod, because I like Phil Cassidy texture from GTA VC/GTA VCS the most, because he has long hair (mullet), and a better face texture.
So now you can have it in GTA III.

 The installation of this mod is simple, just read the README that comes with my .rar file and You're Done!
