This mod changes almost everything from particle.txd
These includes:
*Glass break
*Car relfection (more like LCS style, the parts of the car looking to the sky are shining and the parts looking to the ground are dark)
*Outlines, 2 of 3 are edited (they based on gta 3 falling)
*Blood (like IV)
*Blood splat (the blood after you cut a head example)
*A newspaper
*Water (same as gta 3, but has some transpartment parts, it's not the best)
*Birds are more visible now
*Explotions (same as gta 3, but added flaming objects (more like rocks)are flying away.. not the best)
*Pointlight fix (the colorfull fog coming under the lights, in foggy weather, is now simple grey)
*Car shadow (stronger, and added door's mirror texture)
*Happy gaming!
