[ Description ]: Emergency Vehicle Lighting System, gives players total control over there EVLS enabled vehicle's lighting equipment. You can turn Primary, Secondary, Take-down, and Alley lights on/off as well toggle through speeds and different patterns. This also includes a format on how to create custom patterns.

Drag 'n drop all the files into your GTA: SA directory, install some EVLS vehicles, and you're ready to go.
