This mod make by me.
IMPORTANT NOTE: allways make backup before instaling
any mod but in the event that you did not the file called "original SA files"
has the original GTA SA files.

Installation
Use Alci's IMG Editor open the gta3.img to import (remove if exists) the file name cellphone.txd and cellphone.dff
then click Save.
