You need Cleo Skin Selector and IMG tool
Just Extract this and Use your IMG tool to add this in our Skin IMG in Cleo folder
Ok then just open Game to open Skin Menu press TAB+Q+ Scrool Down

Hey! You can't just upload mods from other people like Naruto, Superman etc. I checked this mod and the Yeti is exactly the same as in that mod http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=2730 And the model there was made six years ago.
