R2 released, please update
It took too much time, definitely, but this happens, if you can't use your time efficiently . Okay, so what's new in this version? First of all, I tried to fix the camera lag, but I have no idea how this may work on modded VC's. Try ratcam_r2.cs first and if it makes problem with the game's fps, launch the "no fps fix" cleo script. There are also other cool improvements of Rat Cam. Now you can manipulate the camera distance with the right mouse button (I love this) and you can look at your vehicle under the road. Also worth to note, the "mouse sensitivity" option is now connected with Rat Cam. Other changes are listed in the readme file.

Hello all!

This is a new script to control the car camera with you mouse for VC. I know that there are at least 2 other similar mods, but mine is very similar to new GTA's camera and behaves very "naturally" (how much you move the mouse, so much moves the camera). And the most important: I tested this mod along with two other players and it works very good, the camera doesn't "lag".

Time spent on scripting:
I worked on this script for 10 days, every day just 1 or 2 hours.
