Tweaked faggio sound that fits better with a tuned scooter.

PLEASE NOTE! I'm no professional modder and have no intention to be. I just made this because it wasn't there. Because of this it is far from perfect. I don't have the skills noar the time to develop an perfect this any further. Still i hope you guys like it and even more, just appreaciate it.

Not my own sounds, i used the idle sounds of GloopiX's "New Engine Sound For The Faggio" mod (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=10401).

The engine sounds of RIZZATO ALESSIO's "GTA: San Andreas Addon - MHR Engine Sounds" mod.

For some reason, i can't get the exact same sounds ingame. Dunno where the problem lies.
