This is the 2nd mod for the Palm Series, Palm Beach V1. This will add a tiny little area with alot of palms to the beach, its sort of a tiny road, it has one house, an estate and a fountain, and of course, loads of palms.

Now this mod is currently in its V1 stage, im planning to reach up to V5.

V2 will expand this mod, and V3 will expand V2 & V1 and so on, so to use the new versions, you WILL have to have already installed the version before it.
