The latest version is: v0.9.2.
ATTENTION! From v0.9.1 on VC:Weather is supposed to work for all VC versions.
This mod is the first of a series of mods, called VC.Config, to make VC more customable for modders. VC:Weather itself targets customization of weather behaviour in Vice City.
At present the mod allows among other thing for adding a tint to the entire world lighting the same way GTA3 does (see the last entry in GTA3's timecyc.dat), changing the weather tables through the VC:Weather config file, using a customizable truly *random* weather generation and manipulation of rain properties, as well as creating snow and high winds and setting times for rainbows. Further work is under consideration.
Note that it *is* possible to give snow (rain) realistic speeds from this point on; two different speeds for snow and rain at different weather states *have been* implemented in the latest version.
(Undocumented) source code has also been included.
