This mod skips you cell phone talks in Vice City when you are talking to phone you can't get in car or sprint.
Install : Copy Call skiper.cs to your GTA - Vice City\Cleo folder
Use : To skip cell phone talk press Action key ( usually TAB ) and Camera key ( usually V ).
Bugs : After skiping cell phone talk the voice where Tommy and other person talk will not be stoped. To stop it simply get in car.

yeah this is kinda nice but what if some one never played gta vc so the they will have no idea what to do
or where to go
