Description 
Gangs in Liberty city will not attrack you. They will run away if you attrack them.
I have copied the old girl line to all gang lines in pedstat.dat
(WORK WITH 10th Anniversary Version :) :) :) )

HOW TO INSTALL: PC: Replace pedstat.dat to ... \GTA III\data\
 IOS: Replace petstat.dat in /var/mobile/Applications/gta3/gta3.app/
Have fun :) No gangs will atrack you
