This is my 1st mod for VC
So it's VCS radar for VC, things that are different are deleted from radar.
Ship( restaurant) near LH hospital is deleted.
Bride near VC army is deleted.
Pier near bike shop is deleted.
Building near Starfish Island is added.
Just replace all files with files with same name in gta3.img.
