Word of advice: If you are using resources that you have not created, you must either have proof that the creator gave you permission, or not include the resources in your mod download and instead direct downloaders to an official download link to get the required files.
In other words, unless GRIM has permitted redistribution of his files, you should take the model out and only include the modified texture in your download.
