GTA III MOBILE - Easier Mobile Gameplay Mod 1.1 by HippieCommunist

The main purposes of this mod:

- Makes Armi/FBI/Swat easier to kill (its now possible to survive fbi/army)
- Makes the player absorb more bullets/Make the player a bit stronger
- Enable a better shooting experience on the mobiles (crappy auto-aim)
- Shoot behind cars/covers (without hitting every obstacle on the way)
- Make Staunton gangs a bit stronger
- Bullets spread
- Shoot to kill !
- Weapons do less damage to cars
- Shotguns less aggresive
- Enable a better (easier) police chasing experience
- Cop/FBI/Army cars are lighter (less mass) making them less aggressive
- Adds more thrill in police chases
- Borgnine is now a hover car!
- FBI car/BF-injection have sport wheels
- Kuruma/Taxi also a bit lighter
- based on my hard flip cars mod
- compatible with my Gang Wars Mod
