This is a new 4 door sedan I built for Vice City, it is based on the Sabre.

There was a Naming Competition & Poll on GTA Forums for the Name of this new car, the Winning name ended up being Impaler when I ended the Poll Early of the 50 Votes I was looking for when Impaler had Double the Votes of it nearest competition.

MVL is a tool which allows you to add extra vehicles to Vice City just by installing his tool, then just download mods that are in MVL format and paste the .7z archive included into the Vehicles folder and its loaded automatically into the game and does not replace any current vehicle.
