DISTRICT 13 has become the place for ill things.Its access has been cut from rest of the world.District 13 barricaded from everywhere.
The biggest drug lord lives there but not even government dares to go inside.somehow Lito gets involved in all this.Now he must kill the lord to survive.
People trying to get Lito but will they be successful.
