Hi GTAgarage!

This is my first mod, and I wish to share it with anybody 

The mod makes you high when you drink beer using "Drink, smoke, puke, piss, sit mod", or any mod like this. Please note that this mod don't allows you to drink beer; it only makes Carl drunk, for give realism.

The drunk state affects your driving and visuals, making CJ harder to control.

Also, the game is a little bit more slower.

Please note that you can edit this mod or help me editing, but please don't steal the mod.
