These are HQ versions of the weapon icons in Vice City (4 times the original size).
You can see the screenshots for comparison (left is mine, right is the default resized with Lanczos3).

Some icons are not working like:
m4.txd, buddyshot.txd, bomb.txd, flame.txd  . Wanting to create my own weapon icon. How did you blend the colors onto the weapons? Great work. Nice job on these icons! Great job! the HD icon fist? Amazing, i think that is the best weapon icons for GTA Vice City.  I did everything it said but in the end my icons weren't changed at all. I went back into the .img file and they were all replaced with the HQ icons so I'm not sure what went wrong with it. Pauls96 commented over 11 years ago: I cant find where are weapon .txd files.
