More "WOW! " Realistic Car Colour, Makes some of the Car Colour changed or syncronized.

Features :
- Change Copcar (LS, SF, LV, and Rural ), Police Maverick Colour to Surf Blue and white ( Thanks to ABO333 for the Color ).
- Change Enforcer colour to Surf Blue and White.
- Newsvan Colour will only The same as The VCNMav ( Police Blue [ Nearly same as the Aztecas Color ] and Silver ).

Updates In 1.1 ( Awaiting Approval )
- Stretch will appear not only White, but black also.
- Newsvan Colour will only The same as The VCNMav ( Police Blue [ Nearly same as the Aztecas Color ] and Silver ).
- Green Sabre possible appear ( Possibly in Rifa's Turf or some place that Sabre might appear ).
- Romero only appears in Plain Black Colour.

1 ) Copy Carcols.dat to GTA San Andreas\Data
2 ) Play GTA San Andreas
