This little mod allows you to hang around a more realistic Liberty City. The roads have now the same textures than Grand Theft Auto IV's and the advertisments signs on Bedford Point are REAL commercials from New York City. I've changed the name of some neighborhoods, but to get this feature working, you must set the game in english. To have a complete experience, I recommend you to install One Piece's HD cars and to use ENB series.
