This is my first skin mod.Here is a good wingsuit texture (by me) and dff file that is made by Xforce and the dff file is monster energy parachute one.You may use my wingsuit to make your own .
Install: Get ALCI's img editor
 Open gta3.img
 import the files in gta3.img
 click the diskette button (save)
 Close ALCI and play 
PS!This mod is designed for SA:MP for singleplayer, you need skin changer!
