Description

Replace the water's texture to an IV STYLE

Only put the particle.txd to the "models" folder.
When have modded particle (Overdose or NGE), use TXD Workshop, and import the waterclear256 to the IMAGE.
Thats all...

awesome, btw, by sparks i meant something like... well for example: in GTA VC, while riding a boat in a shinny day, you can see small dots (spark textures) in the water. That's what i was meaning, although is impossible in SA. Anyways can't wait until v3 comes :inlove:

The pack
I try to make an effects pack, named " RGSE*1 " I try make it in the winter "pause" (idk how americans say it). So in few weeks.
