If the heli comes out untextured here is how to fix it. Go to your models directory (where gta3.img is) and delete txd.img and txd.dir. Don't worry. The game will automaticly recreate them with the new textures and your heli will look good after doing that.

Once you installed it you need to delete txd.img and txd.dir then start the game.

man the chopper looks fking great but the razors look like a big square in the top of the heli. what am i doing wrong?

U can make for escape chopter, problem is in main.scm is chopter coloured white. thats problem. if you edit carcols n spawn it anywhere in game it could have colours^^
