I added a bonus american.gxt, this time it updates many name problems, or errors that are in GTA3.
Fbi Car ~ FBI Cruiser
Police & Enforcer ~ LCPD Cruiser and LCPD Enforcer

Its going to be called a vitus because of its ability to go inside a program and change files, almost every mod on here is a virus, but safe. :monocle:

A month? One file was uploaded a week ago, which was corrupt and not approved. The mod was submitted a month ago - but that doesn't necessarily mean a file was immediately uploaded.
