With this mod all the wheels on cars (Not Bikes) in GTA Vice City look a lot better than they normally do.
It is real cars rims put onto the games car wheels.
The Image scale of the files are 256x256 instead of 64x64(4x Bigger).

Just install under C:\... \Vice City\models\generics
