That's something I (as a player of other Open World Games like Mafia etc.) always missed. Adds a lot of realism to the game. But I have an idea: what if you could "buy" a license so you can have certain weapons (like pistols, shotguns or MPs) drawn in these places?

Thanks for the comments so far guys. This will give you a one star rating. It is better as with a little effort it can be evaded by running a few blocks or "behaving" for a short time. two stars will mean cops all over the place very quickly. For only being wanted if seen by certain people, this is a good idea but not so practical. I was working on a similar concept for my 55mph speedlimit cleo, as in it only triggers when a cop is around, and I did get it to work (with at lot of effort) but there were some odd side effects. For the time being, it will just be a wanted level if any person is nearby. I feel that this is quite realistic as it only really matters if a cop is in the area too.

Sounds like a good idea, though I'm not sure about "Anyone". You should only make it law enforcement and a few civilians such as shop employees who shall cause you to become wanted. Especially since gang members will not report crime, nor shall certain civilians who have grown a tolerance to gang crime and other crime, for example.
