Nick Edward decided to end his life after his only and beloved sister. But his friend told him he shouldn't choose death. Instead of death, he could be a great person of San Andreas. So, Nick joined the army, and he fought the enemies. But he didn't know he was being watched by Mills, who is a expert general. Mills gave missions which test his skills. Because Mills wanted to protect the project called "Red Phoenix". Nick didn't even know that the truck he drove is full of deadly explosives, which can kill thousands of people in a second. Antony, who is a mafia boss, wanted that bomb so he can revenge Mills. So, he captured Nick and make plans for stealing the project. But, Nick escaped by a help of N.S.S.T ( National Special Security Team ) agent, James Stephens. Together, they protect the project as they can.
