These tattoos replace LA tattoo on right chest. Available in Los Santos. If you can't find it then use This. Awesome cleo script for changing clothes and apllying tattoos by ZAZ.
You need something to unpack the file since its packed in .zip
You need winrar or winzip (I prefer the first one)
