INSTRUCTIONS

 1] MODEL:

 EXTRACT PLAYER.DFF ANYWHERE
 Use IMG editing tools to replace the Player.dff in the archive with the player.dff in the GTA3.img

 player.dff (archive) ->REPLACE-> player.dff (gta3.img)


 2] TEXTURE:

 put player.bmp into the generic folder of your GTA: Vice City
 GTA Vice City Main Dir\models\generic
 player.bmp (archive) ->REPLACE-> player.bmp (generic folder)

 MORE OUTFITS WILL PROBABLY BE MADE.
