To instal you have to use sparkIV :

replace gastation1_mh2.wdr found in
pc/data/maps/manhat/manhat02.img

replace bm_garage2.wtd found in
pc/data/maps/props/street/amenitie.img

replace the texture ns_lod_gas02 found in lod_05_mh2.wtd in
pc/data/maps/manhat/manhat02.img
