Description

Driving too fast in San Andreas will get you in trouble now!

This cleo sets a speedlimit of 55 MPH (the U.S standard) in all areas of the SA map. if you exceed 55-60 mph you will get a one star wanted level and if the cops are nearby, they will chase you down. This only affects your wanted rating if you DO NOT already have one. For example, if you have a three star wanted level, it will not increase to four stars.

Exceptions!
No wanted level if:
You are flying a plane/heli.
You are in a train.
You are driving a police vehicle.
No-one sees you. In quiet areas there is less risk if speeding.

Note: This cleo is active at all times. Missions and other activities (particularly street-racing) can be much more "interesting" with a speed limit in place.

problem is on highway, all cars drive there 1/2 times faster than limit, though police cant get you there and when you slow down somewhere quiet then no prob again

The built-in speedo that comes with the camhack software by Racer_S works well.

I love the idea of this mod, however the only speedometer mods I have managed to download don't seem to relate in anyway to your 55mph limit. Can you suggest a speedometer modification which matches the speed limit you have set? Thanks :cookie:

Mod very good because you do not make a mod that CJ is the road which keeps the cars and asks documents

I say this is better because unlike the GTA Inside version you don't instantly get a wanted level even when not seen (it is annoying when you're driving somewhere in the middle of the desert then suddenly cops pop out of nowhere like they were watching you the entire time). I was thinking of updating the GTAI one but I couldn't find the right opcode. This mod deserves a HIGHER rating.
