This mod is my first mod. It is very nooby, but I hope you will like it. I am using TXD Workshop, so I will just give you the .txd file. Can someone teach me how tto extract the .txd file from the gta3.img file? Thank you and I hope that you willl enjoy my mod.
P.S. To install this, just use img tool to replace the txd file with mine.
man.. you don't know how to extract the file? btw if you want edit the full texture you must edit from the 3D file , to extract the file is simple you can see a menu on top of the program choose edit > extract or you just simply press Ctrl+E
