The COL file is located in the gta sa/VC/II directory in the folder called models/coll. Also col is what makes things solid. When I attempt to add a .col to .dff for a vehicle, I get an error message reading 'stream read error', does anyone know the solution to this? Sorry. "whe need our one tools! whe are like hackers building our one tools:)!!! and using them in a good way !!" steve-m commented over 17 years ago: Collision File Editor II, the successor of the popular CollEditor, is a tool for creating and editing collision files (*.col) for GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas.
Built completely from scratch, CollEditor II is much more reliable and flexible, and offers a lot more features than the old one. It fully supports all characteristics of all 3 known .col file formats, and offers several built-in optimization routines to achieve best possible results. View All Comments | Add Comment |
