Play as Novy
open gta3.img and replace or rename the original PLAYER.dff and PLAYER.txd, and add these two
open txd.img and delete or rename the original player.txd and replace with the included player.txd

Go to gta3/models/generic and delete player.bmp
If you do not, Novy will look wrong, and DELETE ALL THE SKINS, or put them in a new folder, Novy will look white in the "PLAYER SETUP" but ingame he'll be textured, any problems, then comment and I'll clarify or fix it.
Actually, lol232, he had to extract the Novy model from the PS2 disc, then had to rig it to work on the PC version. Why? Because Rockstar North corrupted the model on the PC version. More work required than just renaming some files.
