Man..I only take two days to finish all of the process... (I created it all by myself n a smalll bit of idea from my brother..)
This one here is a perfect skin for ur elegy AND it looks awesome if you use X-Flow tuning for the bumpers n ALien tuning for the roof. Pls tell me if it got any bugs. Plus, its small in size and best in graphic quality.
Instructions:
1. extract the rar files...
2. add the elegy4.txd into your gta3.img archive
important!
>pls make a backup of your gta3.img archive before you try to mod it.
