I have beat game for 100% already but save was glitched (basketball glitch)
I made master save and I'm beating game for 100% now. I'm collecting bulletproof, explosionproof etc. cars.
I'm also going to "boost" saves with CodeBreaker - it means: modded and everything proof cars in garages around San Andreas and special cars like FBI Truck.
