Finally, one of my finest mods, ignore the stupid spidey, this thing is way too cool.

If you're using gta4, rename it to whatever you want to replace it with, and then use openiv enter playerped and tah da.
If you need help , then this is the detailed download instructions:
1.open openiv
2.choose gta4 or eflc
3.if eflc then go into episodes, tbogt, and models. go into player ped and enter edit mode. DOUBLE CLICK the feet diff 001 a uni, press edit and replace the texture with my feet diff 001 a uni, and do the same with the others. Remember NOT to double click the wdr file, just replace it.
4.if you are using gta4, then choose your LEAST favorite shirt and do the same as the eflc. But when you get to the wdr file, rename it into the one you'llreplace.

REMEMBER TO BACKUP.
One time my whole game crashed, so always backup the file
